Hi! I’m Ellen and welcome to Anywhere + Everywhere. I am a full-time working mom of two kids who also happens to dream about selling it all and traveling the world. Since that’s not a possibility (right now at least…), I spend my free time researching and planning vacations for my own crew of 4.
About Me
I’ve been to over 20 countries with plans to see many more. I have organized all kinds of group trips- some for work, some for friends, some for family. From creating a custom scavenger hunt for 100 people around Epcot in Disney World to a 9 person team building event in Santa Cruz, CA to a Mother/Daughter trip in London and Paris to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday, I have developed custom itineraries and hosted groups for all kinds of travel.
One of my biggest passions is to make sure everyone realizes how accessible- and affordable- travel can be. Our lives have become much more global and any destination is really a quick or quick-ish flight away. I am a firm believer in travel of all types, and I believe travel should be experienced at any age and with any age. Destinations can provide completely different experiences depending of the makeup of your travel party, and it’s a shame to just limit it to one type. Take your kids! Take your parents! Take your friends! Take yourself!

Anywhere + Everywhere is my labor of love. It is something I do in my spare time, which is not too abundant these days. I do this because I believe in travel. I believe it opens our eyes, minds and souls to new people and new ideas and new ways of thinking. I believe it teaches my family to be brave. I believe it teaches me to be brave. Anywhere + Everywhere is my small way of helping others achieve the same.

My Favorite Travel Experiences
- Eating marquesitas from a food cart nightly in Isla Holbox’s town centre
- Going in a haunted house at 1am in the freezing cold while waiting to see the Northern Lights
- Riding carousels with my daughter at Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, one of the oldest amusement parks in the world, with the entire park adorned in its famous Tivoli Christmas lights
- Sipping cocktails that should qualify as art on Alquimico’s rooftop in Cartagena to celebrate my friend’s 40th birthday
- Visiting Tirta Empul temple in Bali and watching the local villagers cleanse their bodies and spirits in Holy Water
